Mr. Decatelle has a wide experience in the dairy industry most recently with Campina, one of Europe’s leading dairy companies.
Within the Campina organization he has been active in different disciplines ranging from Production and R&D to Quality. Most recently he was responsible for R&D for the Belgian activities and Quality Assurance in the Consumer Products Europe division.
Johan’s experience and knowledge will help Bienca’s quest to find solutions for your needs.

Bienca is pleased to announce that Mr. Philippe Van Tornout has joined the company in the capacity of General Manager. Mr. Philippe Van Tornout has a wealth of experience in the food ingredient business most recently with Orafti. His experience and market knowledge will help solidify and strengthen the growth our company has enjoyed the past couple of years.
Mr. Philippe Van Tornout will assume the daily responsibilities of Dr. Philippe Lorge, who resigned from his operational duties at Bienca but remains involved with the company at the level of the board of directors.
We also would like to inform you that Mrs. Karen Rodrigues, Dr. Philippe Lorge’s wife, has decided to focus on new challenges outside of the realm of food protection.
